Fits small head sizes 20" to 22" Covered interior drawstring for a secure fit for smaller head sizes. The rounded crown conforms perfectly to small heads sizes
Softer than a straw hat. Paper/polyester tweed braid has a slight color variegation uptown, sophisticated style.

The hat didn't fit. They wouldn't give me a refund, only a credit. I want my money.

She did not return the hat or request a return label. I had zero communication with her.
I have never, in 20 years of Hats, Scarves & More, issued a credit rather than a refund, even if the hat is past the 30 day window.
About 2 or 3 times a year I get a return that is full of hair or makeup and cannot be resold. In that case, I return the item to the customer. There is no circumstance in which I would issue a credit rather than a refund. This did not happen.
This hat is perfect. I’m a true 5’ 2” petite, and I have tried SO MANY hats that are too big or just look too big. This one fits great and doesn’t have an overwhelming wide brim. Even my husband said I look cute in it, without my having to ask!
This hat is almost identical to a hat I lost recently, but better because it's adjustable! I'm very happy to have come across your site when I was searching for a replacement. Thank you!
I used to have a hat like this. YEARS ago. And I looked so good in it! Your hat arrived today. So cute! So comfortable for my little head. So easy to adjust the circumference with the draw string. And after all these years I look good again! Really, this is a fabulous hat. Not kidding.
