Return Policy
I hope you are delighted with your order. If any item does not meet your expectations, I will give you a full, no hassle refund or exchange. It’s really pretty simple:
Please ship your return with in 30 days of receiving your order. Scarves, turbans etc may be returned in a padded envelope or a box. Please return hats in a box so that they do not get crushed or bent in the mail. Use whatever shipping method is easiest for you. (US Mail, UPS, etc) It is not necessary to use Priority Mail, however if you use Click and Ship and print your label online, your package can be tracked and there is no additional charge for delivery confirmation. You can include your package with your outgoing mail and save a trip to the post office.
All merchandise must be completely new and unworn, with all tags intact. All items must be free of loose hairs, make up, perfume and other odors.
If a return is made due to an error on my part, I will send you the correct item along with prepaid postage to return the incorrect item. A a detailed Return Policy will also be included in your order.
Exchanges
If you want your new item quicker, place a new order and we’ll refund the original item upon it’s return. Or send back the item you’d like to return, include a note of what you’d like in exchange. If the item you’d like is more expensive, I’ll phone you for payment information. I do not store credit card information. Free shipping on exchanges.
Refunds
A credit, less shipping charges, will be issued to your card within 5 days.
