I want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. I offer several ways to place an order, and several payment options. Please choose the method that is easiest and most comfortable for you.

Order online:
Browse our online store, select your items, and check out when you’re ready. It’s that easy!
Order by phone:
Browse our online store, select and write down the items you’d like to purchase, (make sure to note color and size) and call me at 1-877-838-6151 Toll Free. Please call between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Pacific time. If you get my voice mail, please leave your name and phone number so I can call you back. 

Feel free to call or email if you have any questions about any of the items in our store, or if you would like me to make suggestions or recommendations for you or for a gift. You can even send a photo of yourself or the person you are buying for, and I can help you select the perfect item.

If the “Ship To” and “Bill To” information are different, I will assume that the order is a gift and I will not include price tags on the item or the invoice. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and satin ribbon, with a hand written note saying it is from you. If you would like me to say something special, please write it in the comments box at check out.

I hope you are delighted with your order. If any item does not meet your expectations, I will give you a full, no hassle refund or exchange. It’s really pretty simple:

Please ship your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Scarves, turbans etc may be returned in a padded envelope or a box. If your hat came in a box, please use the same box or similar so it does not get crushed or bent in the mail. Use whatever shipping method is easiest for you. (US Mail, UPS, etc) 

All merchandise must be completely new and unworn, with all tags intact. All items must be free of loose hairs, make up, perfume, cigarette and other odors.

If a return is made due to an error on my part, I will send you the correct item along with prepaid postage to return the incorrect item. A a detailed Return Policy will also be included in your order.


If you want your new item quicker, place a new order and we’ll refund the original item upon it’s return. Or send back the item you’d like to return, include a note of what you’d like in exchange. If the item you’d like is more expensive, I’ll phone you for payment information. Free shipping on exchanges.

SSL encrypts (converts) your information into codes that only Shopify can recognize. This allows your information to travel safely over the internet, without others accessing it.

When shopping on the website you’ll see the web address or URL always starts with https. The "S" indicates that your connection to the server is secure. Hats, Scarves and More does not have access to your credit card number.

When you check out, you will be given the option to create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, your name and shipping information will be stored and automatically filled in the next time you shop with us, saving you the time and trouble of listing it again. Your credit card information is not stored with us.

We will not automatically list you on our newsletter / email list. If you would like to join our newsletter for new arrivals, sales and coupons you’ll find the sign up at the bottom of each page.


Domestic Shipping

Don’t you hate high shipping prices? Those so-called “handling fees” that can add 10-30% to your purchase? So do I!

At Hats, Scarves and More, we charge actual shipping prices only, based on the estimated weight of your order. Orders ship next business day from Spokane, WA.

You may choose First Class, Priority or Express. Post office boxes okay. If U.S. mail does not deliver to your physical address, please use a post office box or work address.

Free first class mail shipping, every day, on orders over $50. U.S.A Only. 

International Shipping

We are happy to ship orders internationally.

Choose first class, (2-3 weeks) Priority Mail International, (6-10 business days) Express Mail International (3-5 business days) 

Your shipping rates and options will show at checkout. 

Customs Charges: Customs charges and policies vary per country and are out of my control. It’s my understanding that declaring your order as a gift does not free it of customs charges in most countries.

Customs charges to UK can be substantial. Please check with your local customs office to find out what your customs charges will be.
