Aravalli Cotton Head Scarf Chemo Headwear Autumn Leaves
Burgundy head scarf with khaki leaves. Great for warm skin tones
This high-quality cotton scarf is hand made in India in the ancient tradition of wood block printing. The perfect head scarf for women hair loss due to cancer, chemotherapy or other medical hair loss. Unlike silk or polyester, it will not build up heat and will not slip on a bald head.
Easy to fold and tie.
Simply fold into a triangle and tie at the nape. The 30" x 30" size gives you more coverage than a standard 22" bandanna, and drapes nicely at the neck without being bulky or difficult to arrange.
About Woodblock Printing. Made from pure cotton, the artisan begins with handmade teak printing blocks. For each scarf pattern, the printer designs from one to thirty print blocks, each of which takes two days to carve. Printers stamp every three-meter block of cloth approximately one thousand times. The results are much like Batik, so that both sides of the fabric are the same rich color.
For extra fullness, pair with our terry cloth scarf pad. If you are looking to stay cool during warm weather and hot flashes you can pair it with a Cool Wick Liner or Bamboo Liner. Fair Trade from India.
